About The Role

StrikeWeb is Delian’s real-time autonomy control platform for coordinating fleets of autonomous agents deployed across diverse environments. As a Frontend Engineer, you’ll design and build the critical user interfaces that operators and engineers rely on to manage, monitor, and direct robotics systems in the field. This is a high-impact role for a frontend developer who thrives at the intersection of complex systems and intuitive user experiences.

In this role you will get to

• Design and develop responsive, real-time interfaces for StrikeWeb that support robotics control, telemetry visualization, and operational decision-making.
• Build high-performance web components for interacting with map-based UIs, sensor data streams, and control primitives.
• Partner with robotics and infrastructure teams to surface real-time data and actions from the field into the web interface.
• Work directly with internal and external users to gather feedback, test usability, and refine workflows that impact mission-critical deployments.
• Own frontend performance benchmarking and instrumentation to ensure smooth interaction under load.
  
  

Must have experience

• 3+ years of professional experience building modern frontend applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Proven ability to ship fast, reliable, and intuitive user interfaces in complex technical domains.
• Strong understanding of web fundamentals including performance tuning, async communication, and real-time data pipelines (e.g., WebSockets, WebRTC).
• Experience developing and debugging in production environments with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
• Solid grasp of web communication protocols and client-side architectural patterns.
  
  

Nice to have experience

• Familiarity with real-time system interfaces, robotics control UIs, or operational dashboards.
• Experience with 3D visualization or graphics frameworks (e.g., WebGL, Three.js, deck.gl).
• Exposure to Web Real-Time Communication or similar low-latency protocols.
• Understanding of geospatial or map-based visualization frameworks (e.g., Mapbox, Leaflet, Cesium).
• Experience building extensible component libraries or design systems in fast-growing teams.
