Full Stack Developer – Telecom BSS & Network Integration

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Telecom Business Support Systems (BSS), network operations, and mobile network provisioning. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across backend and frontend development, scripting, and API integrations, while also understanding mobile network callflows to enable the creation of value-added services, workflows, and third-party integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications supporting Telecom BSS and network operations.
• Develop and integrate APIs (OpenAPI/REST) for interoperability with third-party systems.
• Implement scripts and automation tools to support provisioning, operations, and monitoring of mobile network elements.
• Translate mobile network callflows into workflows or value-added services.
• Collaborate with product, network, and operations teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of developed systems.
• Troubleshoot issues across multiple systems and technologies.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (backend + frontend).
• Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages/frameworks (e.g., Java, Node.js, Python).
• Good experience with frontend technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Solid understanding of Telecom BSS (billing, CRM, provisioning, customer management).
• Hands-on experience with OpenAPI/RESTful API development and integration.
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Shell, JavaScript).
• Knowledge of mobile network architecture and operations (HLR/HSS, MSC, IMS, IN, PCRF, etc.).
• Good understanding of mobile network callflows (voice, SMS, data, signaling).
• Experience building value-added services (VAS) or workflow engines in telecom environments.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud-native environments is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in telecom OSS/BSS platforms (charging, mediation, CRM, provisioning systems).
• Knowledge of Diameter, SIP, MAP, or CAMEL signaling.
• Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
