Job Description

As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will be a key member of our Tech team, working closely with other developers and stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and applications. You will contribute to both backend and frontend development, DevOps workflows, and the continuous improvement of our processes and products.

What You Will Need To Do

• Develop and maintain microservices using Node.js
• Build and optimize scalable web applications (React, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript)
• Design and integrate APIs and services (REST, WebSockets)
• Work with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis to handle data efficiently
• Manage asynchronous communication using RabbitMQ
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployments with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, PM2, Nginx
• Collaborate with QA to ensure the quality and reliability of deliverables
• Follow Agile principles and contribute to team ceremonies (JIRA, Confluence)
• Maintain code integrity, organization, and documentation
• Participate in brainstorming and design discussions with the team
  
  

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ
• Solid experience with RESTful services, APIs, and microservice architectures
• Proven track record of deploying and maintaining large-scale applications
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub/GitLab)
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Experience with XState, socket.io
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies
