The Role

We are seeking a Mid-level Developer (2–4 years of experience) to work hands-on with our backend systems. You will design and implement custom data pipelines, develop end-to-end product features, and contribute to building a platform that turns raw company data into actionable knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend systems
• Design and implement custom data pipelines for diverse client needs
• Build end-to-end features, from design to production
• Take ownership of assigned components and ensure high-quality deliverables

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency in Python and its libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy), JavaScript, and SQL
• Interest in working within a small, fast-moving start-up environment

Nice to have

• University degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in GenAI solutions (LLMs, text-to-image, conversational AI) with understanding of architectures and best practices
• Knowledge of Django framework
