.NET Web Developer

Valmore Technologies is a young, ambitious, and flexible team that develops web applications in direct collaboration with an affluent American company, specializing in food safety data analytics. We are constantly looking for partners that love computer science and web technologies, with whom we will be able to grow together.

What you'll do:

• Get involved with both backend and frontend development to support software delivery
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning sessions.
• Configure database structures and link to backend services
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ADO.NET and .NET Framework/.NET Core.
• Optimize SQL Server queries and stored procedures for performance and scalability.
• Implement and maintain secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth or OpenID Connect.
• Collaborate with DevOps and cloud engineering teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation on AWS.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across the stack.
• Document technical designs, processes, and configurations.

Required experience/skills:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in web development with a strong focus on .NET and ADO.NET
• Proficiency in SQL Server, including query optimization and stored procedures.
• Experience deploying and maintaining applications on AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, etc.).
• Solid understanding of OAuth 2.0 and/or OpenID Connect protocols.
• Familiarity with modern software development practices including CI/CD, version control (Git).
• Fulfilled military obligations for male candidates
• Excellent knowledge of English and Greek languages
