Robotics Software Engineer

Your role will focus on the design, deployment, and maintenance of robotic systems in lab and industrial settings. You will become part of the core robotics team to analyze the client's technical requirements and develop solutions that fully utilize our software. For that, you need to have an excellent understanding of our software stack so that you can contribute to it. To make sure of software-hardware compatibility you will have to perform simulations of each application, build physical prototypes and perform rigorous testing. We expect you to participate in the deployment to customers' facilities, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth operation. What You'll Be Doing

• Contribute to our robotics software stack, including motion planning and control
• Perform rigorous testing of the overall robotic system to meet the demands of complex real-world environments in manufacturing and logistics
• Integrate our software with robotic arms and other hardware components
• Design and deploy robotic systems for client installations, including simulations to guarantee that the proposed solution fulfills the given requirements
• Collaborate with an exceptional team of robotic & software engineers
  
  

What You Must Have

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Electrical, Mechanical or Software Engineering
• Strong knowledge of modern C++
• OOP and software design experience
• Strong background in robotics (kinematics, dynamics, control)
• Good knowledge of Linear Algebra
• Understanding of kinematic chains and URDF
• Proficient in Linux
• Experience with Git
• Learning fast and being a strong team player
• Willing to learn and assimilate new technologies
