Datalex has delivered a strong financial performance in the first half of 2025, with revenue up 9% and gross profit up 68% year-on-year. Platform revenue grew by 33%, driven by continued adoption of our Stellex platform, while FX-adjusted EBITDA returned to positive territory. These results are indicative of the progress being made with trading for the full year continuing in line with expectations. In parallel, we announced our intention to seek shareholder approval for a transition to private ownership through a de-listing from Euronext Growth.
