From the opening plenary with MIE President, Professor Teresa O'Doherty, ATEE Association Teacher Education President & Marnix Academie Director, Mr. Michiel Heijnen, MIE Director of Research, Dr. Rory Mc Daid and Chief Inspector, Department of Education and Youth, Ms. Yvonne Keating, to our first Keynote with Professor Jim Spillane and vibrant parallel sessions to follow, today highlighted the future of teacher education: ✅ The role of teacher-researchers in shaping inclusive classrooms ✅ Ethics in classroom-based research and professional practice ✅ Innovative approaches to digital learning and equity The energy in the room shows how committed educators, researchers, and policymakers are to building bridges between evidence, ethics, and practice.
