About us
The School of Business (SoB) at the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IIT Guwahati) was established in 2022 in order to ignite and nurture management education in the fresh 'technoprenuerial' minds of the country. The school currently offers meticulously designed MBA and PhD programs. Our full-time faculty members hail from various functional domains of management including Finance, Analytics, Business Strategy, Operations Management, Marketing Management and Human Resource Management, who are also engaged in sponsored research. The flagship MBA program offered by the SoB, IIT Guwahati is a 2-year fully residential program with 1:4 faculty ratio. The goal of the program is to equip students with knowledge from all the domains of management. It comprises classroom teaching, case studies, projects, actual practice and industry exposure that builds up to a 360-degree learning experience. The specific thrust of the program is to impart holistic management education in order to enable the amalgamation of technical expertise and corporate leadership, thereby empowering our students with techno-leadership qualities to undertake the business decisions of tomorrow.
