The new year kicked off with initiatives, collaborations, and celebrations across DAB. Let’s take a look at what happened this month! ·  Prof. Diego Campagnolo led students from Unipd's Department of Economics and Management on a visit to DAB headquarters to explore our Agile transformation and leadership culture. During the visit, they discussed their project work to face VUCA challenges and received feedback from the HR and People Culture teams. · Lecture at Unipd: Daria Battini, Professor of Industrial Systems and Logistics, welcomed DAB at her course on Material Flow Systems and Logistic Networks. Ilaria Mercanzin, Demand Planning Manager, and Liliia Usmanova, Continuous Improvement Specialist, presented an insightful session on Agile transformation and Adaptive Mindset. Stefano Girardi, Online Sales Logistics Manager, then showcased how these concepts are applied in real logistics scenarios within DAB.  ·  North Central Europe Order Fulfillment & Logistics Team Building: teams took part in a unique dubbing workshop, enhancing their creativity, teamwork, time management and problem solving skills. · We had the opportunity to host the Sustainability Group of Confindustria Veneto Est, for a knowledge-sharing session on sustainable business practices. ·  Celebrating the Chinese New Year: our DAB China team welcomed the Year of the Snake with a special New Year's celebration, strengthening team spirit as they step into 2025.
