    The journey of the 2025 Biella Master delle Fibre Nobili continues. Last week, two students of the program, Francesco and Michele, completed their two-week international internship with ZEGNA in Mexico. During their time in Mexico City and Guadalajara, they met passionate teams across our offices and boutiques, immersing themselves in our brand and values. Beyond learning about the business, they shared their own knowledge—bringing insights into fabric characteristics and the rich textile heritage of the Biellese region, deeply rooted in its territory. It was a valuable exchange that left a lasting impression on both the students and our teams. A heartfelt thank you to the ZEGNA Mexico team for making this inspiring experience possible.     As part of the Biella Master delle Fibre Nobili's program — which combines classroom learning with hands-on experiences— we were pleased to welcome the six students from this year’s edition to our Monte Napoleone Global Store. One of them, Francesco, also completed an internship in the store, bringing great energy and dedication. Our collaboration with the Biella Master delle Fibre Nobili was created to support and inspire the desire to learn and innovate through a deep understanding of processes, craftsmanship, and the value chain.     Last year, we introduced “WE TALK ABOUT INCLUSION”, an internal talk-show format designed to spark meaningful conversations around topics that shape our company culture. In our most recent local edition, held digitally, we focused on parenthood — a profound life transition full of both joy and complexity. Our Group Parental Leave Policy establishes globally consistent minimum standards. At ZEGNA, people are at the center — not only in our policies but also in creating spaces for open, genuine dialogue and that’s why our latest “WE TALK ABOUT INCLUSION” session embraced this important topic. The session explored the many realities of becoming a parent today — from the often invisible mental load and persistent gender expectations, to the challenges of balancing work and life, and the broader socio-economic impact of raising a family.
