STIGA continues to strengthen its strategic sourcing capabilities: this month marked the conclusion of the STIGA Purchasing Category Management Programme, developed in collaboration with Paolo Zaza MCIPS and Cinzia Sternini from CIPS - The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply Italia. Over the past months, 27 colleagues from STIGA’s Purchasing Division have worked in dedicated sub-groups, engaging in a journey that began on 15 April. The programme culminated in a final workshop held in July at our Castelfranco Veneto headquarters, where participants presented their outcomes to each other and to Group top management. This initiative represents an important step forward in strengthening STIGA’s strategic and #sustainable approach to supplier relationship management – a key pillar for long-term value creation.
