We’re looking for a motivated and proactive people to join our team and support the expansion of our Building Automation solutions in Jordan:
1) Sales & Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Actively track and follow up on new construction projects across Jordan.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors & consultants.
- Identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and close deals.
- Support marketing activities such as presentations, attending events, and representing the company in industry meetings.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts, keeping them active with engaging and relevant content.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- A car is preferred, as the role involves regular site visits and in-person meetings.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design is a plus.
2) BMS Presales Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Design BMS projects and prepare I/O lists.
- Select the suitable DDCs and related field devices.
- Develop related BMS drawings (Panel Drawings, Schematic Drawings & Shop Drawings).
- Prepare technical submittals and compliance statements.
- Provide technical support for sales and technical teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in BMS design and presales.
- Solid knowledge of BMS hardware, software, and integration protocols.
- Experience in GRMS or Home Automation is a plus.
3) Project Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Lead on-site executing, testing and commissioning of automation projects.
- Develop and configure programs using engineering software tools.
- Excellent communication with related parties (Contractors, Consultants & End users).
- Independently identify and resolve technical issues and challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience in BMS, GRMS & Home Automation projects.
- Willingness to travel across the region for project needs (for several months if required).
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical & IT systems.
- Strong teamwork spirit and willingness to work hard under pressure and tight timelines
- Driving license is a must (car is preferred), as the role involves regular site visits.
