Copilot can now take notes for your in person meetings, and we're pleased to show you this new feature included in your Copilot 365 license. We'll then show you how to craft documents following customized templates in a matter of clicks. All the user needs to do in an in person meeting is to go to the Teams app on their mobile, navigate to the calendar and choose to meet with facilitator. Then they simply place their phone on the table and Copilot will start capturing notes in real time. You can then have your meeting as you usually would, making sure to introduce yourselves at the start. There's no special hardware required and no complicated setup. Just the Teams app and the mobile phone is designed to be simple, quick and accessible to everyone. During the meeting, Copilot listens carefully and differentiates between. Speakers making sure that context of the conversation is captured and preserved. This helps ensure that any documents or summaries produced are as accurate and high quality as possible. Once the meeting is finished, users can review a full transcript and meeting summary with each speaker clearly separated and you're meeting that appears in your Teams calendar at the time it was held, making it simple to find it again in the future. But Copilot can go even further, and with agents, we can create custom documents in moments. Organizations can quickly build an agent, ground it with their own templates such as a set of Word documents, and then automatically apply structure to the notes taken in these meetings in this example. It's an agent that has been set up to reference the in person meeting and build it out into case notes following the standard used across the organization. And if that structure ever needs to change, it's as simple as updating the Word document in your SharePoint site, and that change will automatically update to every user, keeping everything consistent and the control of the templates within your organization.
