Demonstration of Zoei AMR with Cobot Arm for Semiconductor Applications This video showcases the Zoei Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) equipped with a TM Robot collaborative arm, performing a pick-and-place operation with semiconductor cassettes, such as FOUPs and other standard carriers commonly used in semiconductor manufacturing. Zoei is an omnidirectional AMR, capable of moving seamlessly in any direction. This agility enables it to navigate efficiently, reduce cycle time, and increase overall productivity. In this demo, Zoei travels from its wireless charging station to a storage area, picks up a cassette, and then delivers it to another station. Once the task is complete, Zoei automatically returns to its charging dock. The charging system is wireless and fully contactless, eliminating mechanical wear and minimizing contamination risks — a crucial advantage for maintaining cleanroom compliance in semiconductor environments.
