As talent scarcity rises around the world, equitable access to skills, tools and opportunities is key to addressing it. However, when it comes to AI, our latest data reveals gaps are emerging ↔️ Women and older workers, in particular, report facing barriers to AI skilling and access. In fact, only 35% of women say they’ve been provided with AI access by their employer, compared with 41% of men. Similarly, while around half of Gen Z and Millennial talent are using the technology, this falls to 36% among Gen X and 31% among Baby Boomers. AI has the potential to drive greater inclusion, especially for persons with disabilities, 55% of whom use the tech to problem-solve at work - far more than talent without disabilities (39%). 🤖 But if it’s not adopted equitably, organizations risk leaving significant portions of their workforce behind. 🔎 Explore the findings here: https://lnkd.in/e2-K82F5
