Do you see waste… or value? Last week, we launched our new waste display, a setup that makes the invisible visible. Because let’s be honest: a report full of numbers doesn’t hit the same as seeing your waste separated into streams you can actually recognise. 💡 A waste display sparks conversations. It makes teams think twice. And most importantly, it inspires action. This first one is currently at Dijklander Ziekenhuis, the very first organisation to showcase several of their waste streams this way. From company canteens to event venues, these displays will help more organisations rethink their daily habits and take steps toward a waste-free future. This week is Food Waste Free Week (Verspillingsvrije Week), in the Netherlands. Every year, millions of kilos of food are wasted. Not just at home, but also in company kitchens, hospitality, logistics, and retail. At Seenons, we believe waste isn’t just a by-product, it’s a system failure. That’s why we help organisations keep food out of the bin and in the loop: turning leftovers into compost, biogas, animal feed or even skincare. ♻️ And we don’t do this alone. What if your morning coffee could become skincare? At Royal Schiphol Group, that’s exactly what’s happening. 💄 Together with Caffe Inc., Royal Schiphol Group and Renewi we’re giving coffee grounds a second life. From the terminals to transformation: grounds are collected, turned into coffee oil by Caffe Inc., and end up in (among other things) lip balm. To celebrate, Caffe Inc. and Renewi team walked the entire terminal to hand out lip balm to shop staff. Not just for fun, but to also ✨spark✨ a conversation. 𝐖𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐝 Susanna Medema’𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝-𝐨𝐮𝐭: Many staff members didn’t realise they were already recycling and were excited to pass it on. A few shops even joined the collection initiative on the spot. And here’s another kicker: By the time the team reached the far end of the terminal, the lip balm had already arrived. Together, we’ve kicked off a powerful collaboration with Capgemini in the Netherlands. ISS is a global leader in facility management, known for delivering tailored workplace solutions.
