The Boat - a free guide for you. A few months ago, I sat down with the single objective: To list all the vital elements of what needs to known and to be done for an organisation to experience tangible and lasting improvements - all the elements a leader needs to know and to perform to establish and lead a culture of continuous improvement.
I ended up with a list of 32 key elements. That was the number. I know, few want to read a dry list! These ideas needed context and life—so I turned them into a story.
The result is The Boat, a mini-book (to save time) that brings these principles to life and adds context to the elements and their order. The Boat was published yesterday - and I’m so grateful for the insights and feedback from Grant Robinson and Renee Smith-Apanui and Navlene Singh - thank you so much!
Here’s my offer: I’ve made the ebook version of The Boat available for free on my site for one month. No strings attached—you don’t even need to supply your details. It’ll just be there, ready for you to download - directly.
Here's the link to the page to download (just scroll down, past my current book and the video of the AI version of that book) https://lnkd.in/gtBSc_xA
I hope The Boat can help you, your team, and your customers experience real, meaningful improvement - it is simply about making life easier for your team and your customers - and you too. Enjoy. If you'd like some printed versions, just let me know.
