Our Associates
As an Associate Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both, our organisational, and our clients' transformation journeys. You will work closely with senior consultants to deliver high-impact solutions, drive operational efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous impact for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong foundation in critical thinking, excellent communication skills, the ability to connect with others and an entrepreneurial mindset.

You will be working closely with our clients and partners; reaching out and connecting with L&D and HR teams, learning their needs and priorities and translating those into experiential training and transformational solutions.
You will work directly with our leadership team, being mentored and learning as you go.

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree
1-3 years of experience in professional working environment
Strong personal initiative to learn, lead and grow
High personal ownership and accountability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to evolving client needs.
Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
