Job Summary:
As an Affiliate & Paid Ads Marketer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing affiliate marketing programs and paid advertising campaigns to drive high-quality traffic, acquire new customers, and maximize ROI. You will leverage your expertise in digital marketing to navigate the unique challenges and opportunities within the high-risk industry.
Responsibilities:
Affiliate Program Management:
Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners, including networks, publishers, and influencers.
Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements, commission structures, and incentives.
Monitor affiliate performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to affiliates to ensure their success.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Paid Advertising Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads), and other relevant channels.
Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Create compelling ad copy, creatives, and landing pages that drive conversions.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize campaigns to achieve target KPIs (e.g., CPA, ROI, conversion rates).
Manage budgets effectively and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of affiliate programs and paid advertising campaigns.
Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.
Use data-driven decision-making to continuously improve campaign performance.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Stay informed about relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the high-risk industry (e.g., advertising restrictions, KYC/AML).
Ensure all affiliate marketing and paid advertising activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with marketing activities.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and compliance, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (3 years) in affiliate marketing and paid advertising, preferably in a high-risk industry (e.g., online gaming, financial services, cryptocurrency).
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
Proficiency in managing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and tracking tools.
Solid knowledge of digital marketing metrics, analytics, and reporting.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance issues in the high-risk industry.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with marketing automation tools.
