The app feels outdated and unreliable. Despite a “Remember Me” option, I have to log in manually every time, and there's still no biometric support, which is expected in a normal financial app in this day and age. Lately, it’s been forcing a password reset, but even after updating, it doesn’t register the change and loops me back to the start. This has been happening for two weeks now with no fix, clearly showing that the app is poorly maintained and lacking proper support. Please rectify ASAP

Is there a bug in the app? I cannot get past the set up profile change password even if what I entered is correct. It gets stuck on buffering. It has been almost a month now even when I reinstalled the app.

Very tedious to use. Despite the option to save your credentials, you have to input your password every time. The worst thing by far is the inability to upload pdf. Instead, you're required to take a screenshot of each page of your documents before you can upload. Add to that a clunky, ugly interface. This app is clearly an afterthought, but you're forced to use it all the same. This is beyond improvement, a total overhaul is all that can save this.
