Since 2005, academic and professional responsibilities were focused in areas of IT Service Management (ITIL processes and ISO 20000), Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF and ArchiMate), Business Processe Management (BPM), IT Governance (COBIT 5), and Change Management.
From 2008 also did research at INOV - INESC Inovação on the fields of Enterprise Architecture, IT Service Management, ITIL, Enterprise Engineering, Information Systems Architecture and Business/IT alignment, having published several papers on international conferences and journals.
