One such example is Benjamin Wells, now Head of Installation at Biosite Systems Ltd.   How has your role evolved since you joined the team? I’ve progressed from supervising, surveying and installing on site, to managing a team of 18 as Head of the Installation department.   What are you most proud of during this journey? I’m most proud of successfully delivering the HS2 (UK's high-speed rail network) project to three joint venture companies and HS2’s bespoke HSPS system.   What is a valuable lesson you have learned through this journey and would like to share with people? Perseverance, having the ability to stick with something long enough, without being put of by previous failures.   What do you enjoy the most about your job? Delivering technical solutions to our customers, no matter how simple or complex. Everyday is a school day at Biosite, so learning new skills and helping others to grow and develop also makes me happy. #assaabloyglobalsolutions #career

This multisensor technology reduces routine visits and provides quicker assistance during actual needs, ensuring a higher quality of care for residents.   Elin Olsson, Product Manager at Phoniro, explains that it was growing customer needs that led to the launch of MultiVision: "The elderly care sector is facing a growing number of elderly people needing help, while struggling to recruit enough staff. Fewer people need to do more, and we need to provide tools to ensure our customers can do a good job."   MultiVision is equipped with a smart camera with AI-based software, which adapts to changes in room layout without requiring manual adjustments. This simplifies installation, reduces environmental impact, and makes it easier for staff to manage.   “The feedback from customers has been positive. By detecting falls in time, we avoid unnecessary suffering for residents. In addition, staff receive alarms about falls and can follow up to treat potential bruises or injuries even if the resident already got up on their own.
