Econans has successfully completed the TechQuartier 2025 Digital Finance Accelerator in Germany! We’re thrilled to reflect on our journey over the past 7 weeks in Frankfurt: Deep dive into the German banking landscape – Through masterclasses, roundtables and expert sessions, we gained a profound understanding of Germany’s unique banking ecosystem and business culture. Extended our network – We connected with an incredible peer cohort of 14 other fintech innovators and built relationships with leading banks, corporate partners and potential customers across Germany and Europe . Hands‑on insights on working with banks – Masterclasses delivered by industry experts covered everything from embedded finance to collaborating successfully with financial institutions—essential learning as we scale in this market. A heartfelt thank you to TechQuartier, its program partners (including Baker McKenzie, KPMG, ING, Helaba, VR Payment, GFT, Deka, Visa, EY) and all the mentors who guided us along the way. We’re energized and ready to leverage this experience to drive the energy transition in buildings forward—with stronger relationships and local expertise, we’re better positioned to support German banks and their customers on their green journey.

🚀 Econans has been selected, by the biggest bank in Poland, PKO Bank Polski, to be a part of the GreenImpact program, run by Accelpoint. Out of hundreds of applications, and after a multi-stage selection, Econans is one of seven companies that will help PKO Bank Polski to achieve their ESG goals and support the energy transition, in a profitable way. Last week in Vienna, we had the pleasure of co-hosting the event "Green Financing & Climate Risk: Nordic Learnings and Perspectives for Banks" together with the Embassy of Sweden in Austria. In collaboration with SkenarioLabs, the Austrian Energy Agency, and SEB, we explored how banks can navigate the growing importance of driving the green transition, drawing on Nordic experience and innovation. Thanks for a great week CEE Sustainable Finance Summit! Sarah Anwar and Krzysztof Bertman presented how Econans is partnering with banks to take action on transition plans by engaging homeowners through digital platforms, driving energy efficiency, financial health, and resilience. Great to see so many banks in the region seeing the possibilities of financing the transition.

We’re proud to be a main partner of the CEE Sustainable Finance Summit in Prague, taking place May 19–21. Econans will focus on presenting the business case for financing the green transition of the real estate sector across CEE, with a special spotlight on Poland.
