Does anybody know what the Case / Widget Refresh Rate is?

After an analyst has responded to a Playbook action it can take an age for the Widget “Pending Actions” to get updated and they find themselves refreshing the Case manually which is very frustrating.

Whenever information on the case is updated, you will see the following indication:

 

 

How quickly you will see it, depends on the load of the system. Unfortunately, the cases are not automatically refreshed right now.


Each widget has it’s own update icon, which is fractionally quicker for the analyst then a complete page refresh
