I have created a new custom field in close case settings for the analysts to enter while closing the case, but it wont show up in the playbook while closing the case. Someone please help

Yes I have and I created the custom field, my problem is that the new custom field I created is not there in the playbook close action and therefore there is no point in creating the custom fields.


Did you add the field to the "Custom Fields Form" widget?  You want to take a look at Manage custom fields
