Last week, our centres were filled with meaningful conversations and engaging activities in celebration of Racial Harmony Day. Through music, games, creative craftwork and parent-led sessions, our children explored the rich tapestry of cultures that make up Singapore. Educators guided them in learning about different ethnic groups, sharing stories about traditional costumes, food, and cultural celebrations. These experiences helped our little ones appreciate the importance of respect, kindness, and understanding for one another’s differences. With the support of parents and educators, we created a memorable celebration that reflects the values of unity and harmony in a multicultural society.
