Today, Crocs, Inc. reported a solid second quarter with consolidated revenues of $1.1 billion, with both our Crocs and HEYDUDE brands contributing to our performance. We are pleased with our second quarter results, and grateful for the contributions of our global teams while we continue to operate in an unpredictable marketplace. A few highlights from the quarter: •Crocs brand was led by our international business, which represented more than half the brand’s revenue mix in the quarter and registered growth of 16%. • Crocs China reported another quarter of strong revenue growth in excess of 30% and Crocs India also grew double digits. • All Crocs’ product categories – Clogs, Sandals and Jibbitz Charms – grew in the quarter. •We launched HEYDUDE Country – a campaign rooted in authenticity that plays into brand affinities like music, pre- and post-sport, and travel. •HEYDUDE’s direct-to-consumer channel was up 7% in the quarter, supported by new store openings and strong social commerce performance. •Both brands continued to win on TikTok Shop, with Crocs and HEYDUDE the No. 1 and No. 2 footwear brands on the platform. Today we published our 2024 Comfort Report, reflecting updates and activations surrounding our commitment to Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability. Over the past year, our teams around the world and across both the Crocs and HEYDUDE brands approached our Purpose to Create a More Comfortable World For All with a tremendous spirit of collaboration and focus on innovation. Here are some of the ways we worked together to make an impact in 2024: • Achieved 25% bio-circular content in our proprietary material Croslite, lowering emissions per pair of Classic Clogs by nearly 5% in 2024 and 10% from our 2021 baseline. • Expanded our Old Crocs. New Life. consumer take back program to all Crocs-owned stores in the U.S. and Canada, with expansion into Europe in 2025. • Introduced the Keep It Going Classic Clog, our first shoe made from 25% post-consumer recycled content from the shoes we took back. • Launched our STEP UP TO GREATNESS community impact program to support young people around the world. • Engaged our nonprofit partner Big Brothers Big Sisters and raised funds with consumers at HEYDUDE and Crocs retail locations across the country by giving at the point of sale, in store and on crocs.com.
