Catalysing food innovation. This week, Enterprise Singapore and Bezos Centre for Sustainable Protein @NUS announced the launch of the Sustainable Protein Startup Competition. This partnership is aimed at identifying and supporting early-stage #startups in sustainable protein solutions, from fermentation to cell-cultured meat, plant-based proteins and safety and toxicology, allowing them to make real-world impact. 8 selected finalists will gain exposure to global industry partners, investors, and ecosystem players at the Singapore International Agri-Food Week 2025.
