Good game, but certainly not great. It has it's drawbacks

Pros:
1. Nice story with a bunch of twists
2. Interesting deduc(k)tion mechanics(although not really that unique nowadays)
3. Nice voice acting
4. Hin system in case you get stuck
5. Actually quite nice characters with distinct personalities and characteristics
6. Humorous
7. Unique aesthetics

Neutral:
1. Inspection system - used mostly to unlock keywords, often the crucial clues aren't one of the highlights.

Cons:
1. Some hints are only given once during dialogue and if you miss them game gets much harder
2. Game is really short with just once case. You spend most of the time in just 3(5 if you count the ones with fewer interactions) zones
3. Generally really easy, the biggest difficulty comes from a few deductions which are slightly ambiguous about what you're supposed to do. Still I managed to beat it without resorting to hints at all in just over 2 hours (extra time was for idling the remaining card drops)
4. Often you find the keywords needed for a deduction in completely unrelated interactions. It feels that some of them are there just to unlock a word required for the story(This applies to some adjectives and adverbs)

Overall a nice game, but content wise there are better(longer, more polished) alternatives. Certainly worth giving it a try if you like the setting or already played the more popular titles, however it wouldn't be mine first recommendation.

I dont get why this is getting so many positive reviews.

Yes, the game was OK, nice graphics, voice acting and funny, but omg, for 10€ you will get 2-3 hours of gameplay, somebody could possibly make it under 2 hours. It felt like playing a demo.

If you want story rich investigating game, try Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney and you will get 30 times more content.

It was short, sweet, and fun! Would recommend for a quick puzzle game. The voice acting was phenomenal!
