[IDV #ISM-629593]: Trying to view this grid file in IDV but fails (see discription)

     So the problem is that the grib table 228 is not in our library. One 
solution is to add this table to our library, the other is to add it in the IDV 
in your local machine, here is the URL of our user guide telling you how to add 
a table:

I have tried in my machine and it worked, and here is the two files you should 
add to the DefaultIdv directory, the table is modified a bit according to our 
format.
