We need you to have following soft skills:

• Team work leads to dream work! We live and breath products and you should be willing to make our users a fan of our products. Can you do it?
• Think like a boss! Own your project and be proactive with feedback and new ideas. We don't need someone just working on backlogs and tasks. Be outgoing, outspoken!
• Purpose over money! You will get paid well, no worries. But the project you'll be working on is something highly impactful. So we need you to put your heart to your job. It's not just a job!
• English language is key since we are a global team. You need to communicate with tech and non-tech folks. Empathy and understanding needs to be ingredients of your communication.

In addition, do you have those hard skills?

• Knowledge of full-stack development, particularly with Node.js, Nest.js, and PostgreSQL
• Experience with React.js, Next.js, and TanStack Query technologies
• Has worked with React Native (especially Expo) or is eager to improve in this area
• Able to convert UI/UX designs prepared in Figma into responsive, user-focused interfaces using advanced CSS knowledge and modern frontend principles (Figma to React / React Native)
• Able to effectively integrate APIs developed by the backend team and capable of managing a frontend project from start to finish
• Familiar with the following tech stack: React, Tailwind, React Native (Expo), Next.js, TanStack Query, Nest.js, PostgreSQL, Docker, Azure, Turborepo, LLMs
