Join our dynamic team and contribute to building scalable, high-quality backend services as a Node.js Developer.
You will develop and maintain robust backend applications using Node.js and TypeScript, ensuring architectures that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with evolving business requirements. You will also design and manage cloud infrastructure with a focus on automation and container orchestration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Node.js development.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
Solid understanding of AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
Experience with container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred).
Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines, preferably Jenkins.
Proficient in Git version control.
Knowledge of networking fundamentals (Subnetting, VLANs, VPCs, basic routing and firewall concepts).
Experience working with databases, including SQL and database setup.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Result-oriented team player with analytical problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript with clean, efficient, and scalable code.
Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation on AWS.
Build, containerize, and orchestrate applications using Docker and Kubernetes (preferably EKS).
Conduct thorough code reviews and monitor system performance, ensuring CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) meet quality and efficiency standards.
Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, including vendors and cross-functional partners.
Participate in post-deployment reviews to identify opportunities for performance improvements, enhanced reliability, and scalability.
Stay current with emerging backend technologies and best practices, suggesting innovations to improve system architecture and processes.
