Our UK business has launched a new co-branded vehicle repair centre in partnership with The Vella Group Repair Centres. Exclusively for Admiral customers, the state-of-the-art facility located in Manchester is designed to support a high-volume area, helping drivers get back on the road with ease. And this goes beyond signage! The repair centre will provide opportunities to trial new technologies and processes to enhance the customer repair journey. It’s also equipped for expert EV repairs, reinforcing Admiral’s position as a leading electric vehicle insurer in the UK. This launch marks the start of a wider rollout, with plans to extend the co-branded model to other trusted partners across the UK. Our UK Pet colleagues do a great job at helping customers look after their pets, but did you know our pets have a huge role in looking after us too? In a recent study, our Pet team found that 94% of people said their pets improved their overall wellbeing. To explore the science behind this, the team partnered with personal trainer and TV personality Livi Sheldon and researchers at Queen's University Belfast to explore the feel-good effects of pet ownership.
