The LMA’s Medical Malpractice Committee has published updated model policy wordings for use on US health care risks: LMA3172A (XHCP25(A)) and LMA3173A (XHCP25(B)). These replace previous versions and include updated Claims Co-operation language. Supporting endorsements and a summary of key changes have also been released.
