Fighting Climate Change, One Seed at a Time! Climate change is one of the greatest challenges of our time — and young people are stepping up to be part of the solution. In collaboration with JSW Aspire and the Forest Department, Magic Bus adolescents took action at Garaga Forest, creating and planting seed balls that safeguard native flora and accelerate the restoration of damaged ecosystems. This hands-on initiative wasn’t just about planting trees — it was about planting responsibility, resilience, and hope. By engaging directly with the environment, adolescents gained not only ecological awareness but also the confidence to lead change for a sustainable tomorrow. Together, we are building a generation ready to confront climate change head-on and champion the preservation of our planet’s most precious resources. #MagicBus #IgnitingPotential #ClimateAction #YouthForClimate #AdolescentsInAction #Sustainability #EnvironmentalStewardship #ChildhoodToLivelihood #FutureChangemakers #Impact

True transformation in education begins not just with access, but also with inspiration. For Jayashree, this transformation was sparked by the presence of a committed Magic Bus educator who saw beyond her disinterest and tapped into her potential. What once felt like a daily struggle slowly evolved into a space of possibility, where learning was no longer a chore, but an invitation to explore, imagine, and grow. Equipped with interactive, tech-enabled tools and guided through creative, hands-on sessions, Jayashree discovered a newfound enthusiasm for subjects she had once distanced herself from, particularly coding and digital learning. Today, she approaches each lesson with curiosity and purpose. Her journey is a testament to the power of personalised support, digital access and the right mentorship in shaping confident, future-ready learners from the most underserved communities. #MagicBus #ChildhoodToLivelihood #DigitalLearning #FutureReady #BreakingBarriers #InclusiveEducation #TransformingLives #MagicBusImpact #CharityUK #Donate

Road to Possibilities In Thuleta, a muddy, broken road stood between children and their schools, families and healthcare, dreams and access. But not anymore, A Community Youth Leader at Magic Bus took initiative, highlighted the issue and together with the community and Panchayat turned that road into a path of progress, safety, and hope. Now - - Young people walk to school without fear. - Families don't worry about illness from water logging - And a village moves forward. This is more than a road—it’s a symbol of what’s possible when one takes a step towards change. #RoadToChange #MagicBus #RebuildingDreams #CommunityFirst #FromChildhoodToLivelihood #RoadToPossibilities #Impact #Change

As we reflect on the spirit of #WorldYouthSkillsDay, one truth stands out that building future-ready generations isn’t just about teaching skills, it’s about unlocking access. In a compelling feature by Financial Express (India), our Global CEO Jayant Rastogi sheds light on the real challenge: - Only 8.25% of graduates in India find jobs aligned with their education - A staggering 77.5% of rural youth in India have never used a computer to learn This isn’t just a digital divide, it’s a barrier to equity in a tech-driven world. At Magicbus India Foundation, we’re bridging that gap through our Connect With Work (AI) programme, equipping underserved youth with AI-integrated, offline-compatible, and regionally inclusive tools that ensure no one is left behind in the AI revolution. Because for us, #SkillingIt means more than learning, it means access, opportunity, and dignity. Building Partnerships That Last: Last month at Third Sector Conference, our Trustee, Ned Wills, shared how Magic Bus UK is partnering to drive lasting, meaningful impact. It was a reminder that the best programmes listen - - They listen to the community about what’s working (and what’s not). - They listen to donors and partners to align on purpose and outcomes. They adapt, evolve, and build trust through transparency and data, and Magic Bus India Foundation, we’ve seen this first-hand: - We align values and outcomes to understand the needs of corporate partners while delivering community-led impact. - We don't shy from starting small to then scale big; a pilot can grow into a high-impact, multi-year partnership. - We work with major brands while keeping authenticity and community-first outcomes at the core. - We always aim to building trust that lasts through shared purpose, clear communication, and consistent transparency. It is often the length of a partnership that becomes its strength. As we move forward, we’re excited to build more partnerships rooted in these principles - amplifying youth voices, using data to inform decisions, and working together to shape futures filled with opportunity. #MagicBus #PurposePartnerships #SportForDevelopment #CorporateGiving #NonprofitLeadership #CommunityLed #YouthEmpowerment #Innovation

World Youth Skills Day 2025 - India has the largest youth population in the world — with approximately 371 million young people aged 15–29 as of 2024 (UNICEF India). Yet, there’s a challenge we must address: according to the India Skills Report 2024, over 60% of young graduates lack key soft skills such as communication, problem-solving, and teamwork, essential for gaining sustainable employment. At Magic Bus, we’re committed to bridging this gap by making essential life and employability skills accessible to youth across communities. Our programs focus on building these critical soft skills alongside digital literacy, empowering young people in urban and rural India to confidently step into the workforce.
