Monsoon Accessorize Human Resources Advisor    An opportunity has arisen to join the Monsoon Accessorize HR team.   The HR Advisor for Retail positions you in an autonomous role looking after our people in stores. In this role, you will be using your experience in providing advice on a wide range of matters, supporting managers across the UK and Republic of Ireland. Your skills, in the area of guiding managers through consultation and TUPE processes as well investigations, disciplinary matters, grievances, absence management as well as more complex cases, will be relied upon. ensuring alignment with company policies. Your knowledge of employment legislation, and best practices will be key, and your work will be pivotal in ensuring that fair and consistent outcomes are reached protecting our people and our brand simultaneously.  You’ll be part of a wider Human Resources team working alongside, & being supported by, other HR ops, Shared Services and Talent Team members. You’ll grow and nurture relationships with Retail Management teams and the people they manage, meaning it’s more than just a transactional role. This will find you part of the time in our West London offices as well as out and about on visits and, as it’s a hybrid role, part of the time working off-site.    We’d really like to hear from you if you’ve worked in a similar environment performing an HR role across multiple locations.
