Empowering Our People Managers to Bring Our New DNA & Behaviours to Life At Rotork, our DNA values and behaviours are more than just words – they’re the foundation of how we lead, grow, and succeed together. That’s why we’re investing in the development of our global people manager community through the new People Manager Programme, launched in May and fully aligned with our refreshed DNA: 🔷 Phase I: "We Value the Customer" 🔷 Phase II: "We Grow Together" 🔷 Phase III: "We Win as a Team" With over 500 people managers globally, the programme is designed to support leaders in building confidence, strengthening engagement, and driving performance through consistent behaviours and shared expectations. Progress so far: ✅ 195 managers have participated in face-to-face sessions across Lucca, Bergamo, Bath, Leeds, Manchester, Langenzenn, and Shanghai. ✅ Another 155 managers will join sessions in July across Chennai, Houston, Rochester, and Korea. ✅ 55 managers have completed the virtual version (4x 3-hour sessions), ensuring flexible access for all. Collaboration has been key – lasting change happens when we all play a part. This programme has come to life through the collective efforts of colleagues across the business, with senior leaders and local teams working together to define and deliver what great people leadership looks like at Rotork. Looking ahead, Phase II is underway, continuing the journey of embedding our DNA and shaping a strong, connected leadership culture across our global teams. Over 90 talented engineering students are behind this incredible electric vehicle, and it will soon compete in the world’s largest student engineering competition. It was a great afternoon filled with energy, innovation, and inspiration — from seeing the car up close, to hearing directly from the student team and connecting with partners in academia and industry.
