This morning, we were delighted to host a networking event bringing together some of our entry talent from our London and Basingstoke offices.  The 'Future Forward' breakfast event focused on spotlighting career journeys, providing an open space for our apprentices, interns, and grads to connect and share their experiences. Two speakers from the business highlighted their career journeys, focusing on the value of squiggly careers and what they've learnt throughout their journeys. The session reinforced the invaluable message that career paths are uniquely personal, and there is no single ‘right’ way to progress - empowering colleagues to embrace the diversity of their own journeys. #AACareers #CareerDevelopment #ItsOkImWithTheAA

We’ve officially launched Ignite Live at The AA! Last week, over 250 colleagues joined us - both in person and virtually - for our first session: Igniting your Growth Mindset: Embracing AI. This session marked the beginning of a new learning series designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and power future-focused careers across our organisation. From exploring the difference between fixed and growth mindsets to introducing our AI tools and the art of prompting, colleagues left energised to experiment, reflect, and begin thinking about how AI can enhance their roles. Ignite will continue to bring together colleagues from across The AA to build future ready skills across AI, digital, data and beyond. Over the summer, we’ll be launching the Ignite Academy: our one-stop shop for skill development. From bite-sized learning videos to apprenticeship programmes, it will empower colleagues to build the capabilities they need to thrive in a rapidly evolving world. Huge thanks to everyone who joined, contributed, and made the first session interactive and engaging. Let’s keep the momentum going.
