About us
Alex is The Big Gay Al. It started with cooking for friends and families, which led to house concerts and event catering. I also won 2 x Silver Awards in the World Marmalade Awards which led to a range of boozy marmalades, sold at fairs and stocked in a number of food retail outlets and bars nationwide. I have created special collaborative marmalades and also made deluxe batches for weddings.
