Our Mr P. SS25 collection has landed on MR PORTER! To celebrate, the Mr P. team invited colleagues for an exclusive behind the scenes showcase, exploring how this season’s effortless summer sophistication came to life. James Geraghty, Design Manager for Private Labels, gave our London teams a deep dive into the craftsmanship and fabrics at the heart of this collection, as well as its creative inspiration – the legendary works of Elio Sorci’s Paparazzo, Patricia Highsmith’s The Talented Mr. Ripley, and the 1960 film Plein Soleil. The collection is a reimagining of Riviera-inspired style through the modern lens of Mr P. An all-encompassing, meticulously designed spring/summer wardrobe, it blends refined tailoring, sun-drenched hues, and timeless summer essentials spanning ready-to-wear, swimwear, footwear, and accessories—with new drops throughout the season. Last week, we gathered in the intimate and beautifully styled setting of The Parlour at The Ned in London, for an inspiring evening dedicated to circular fashion. Hosted by Liza Canneford, Private Label and Circular Services Director at YOOX NET-A-PORTER, the thought-provoking panel discussion featured three visionary female founders, Stephanie Crespin (Reflaunt), Victoria Prew 🔊 (HURR), and Layla Sargent (The Seam), who are leading the way for resale, rental and repair. From the role technology can play within the circular economy, to the change in consumer mindsets, each founder shared invaluable insights on the opportunities and challenges that come with making fashion more sustainable, as well as their personal journeys, including how their successes have been underpinned by passion and community. If these founders could give our customers one piece of advice? It would be to start experimenting with a circular service, to find what resonates. While many are aware these solutions exist, it can be hard to move them from the ‘to-do list’ into real steps forward. To support sustainable mindsets, guests were able to browse a curated edit from NET SUSTAIN and book in repairs or tailoring alterations, courtesy of The Seam. We are proud to offer resale, rental, and repair in partnership with these trailblazing businesses: - Resale with Reflaunt – Sell pre-loved pieces and receive NET-A-PORTER, MR PORTER or THE OUTNET credit (+10%) or cash. - Care & Repair with The Seam – Extend the life of your most-loved items with expert repair and alterations. - Rental with HURR– Borrow coveted runway looks from the NET-A-PORTER wardrobe. A warm thank you to The Ned, our panelists and guests for being part of this important conversation.

In October, we welcomed three students from SDA Bocconi’s MAFED course (Master in Fashion, Experience & Design Management) to our Milan office for a month-long placement with our Brand Concessions team. The students worked closely with Margherita Michelacci, YOOX NET-A-PORTER's Brand Development Director, on a dedicated project designed to refine their customer engagement skills. Reflecting on the initiative, Margherita highlighted: “This year’s project focused on benchmarking how we engage customers across social media, CRM, events and new technologies. We received some very valuable suggestions from the project which we plan to test in the business.” This marks the second time YNAP has invited students from SDA Bocconi to gain real-world business experience and insights through working closely with our team of industry experts. Chiara Piancatelli, PhD and Emanuela Prandelli, project leaders from SDA Bocconi School of Management, commented: "The team's dedication and insights have greatly enhanced the students' learning experience, and we are thrilled with the outcomes of this field project." This partnership not only offers fresh perspectives but also helps foster important professional connections for emerging talent looking to shape their careers in the fashion industry. Thank you to everyone who contributed to its success! #YNAP #MAFED #SDABocconi

At NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER, we’re proudly investing in the next wave of design talent through dedicated education programmes. For the third consecutive year, we’ve partnered with the British Fashion Council (BFC) on the Education Fund —an initiative designed to break down barriers and nurture final year students as they embark on their design careers. This year MR PORTER joined the programme for the first time, opening the fund to both emerging menswear and womenswear designers. After a competitive application process with the British Fashion Council, the winning finalists were selected this summer by an expert judging panel that included Daniel Todd, Libby Page, Otegha Uwagba, Clio Peppiatt, Katie Rawle (BFC). Our four exceptional winners — Flora McFarlane, Hadisa Ahmad Tabussam, Matt Empringham and Renee-Shanel Edwards — have since embarked on their year of bespoke mentorship with YOOX NET-A-PORTER and each received £12,500 to support their individual ambitions within the fashion industry. Now at the half-way point of their mentorship, they have been gaining invaluable insights and connections, working closely with our Private Label, Creative, Fashion, Marketing, Merchandising, Buying, Site, Brand Partnerships and Legal teams. “With this funding, I can focus entirely on honing my craft and expanding my creative potential with support from the team. Coming into the office was an eye-opening experience. It gave me a deeper appreciation for the synergy needed to bring a brand's vision to life.” Hadisa Ahmad Good luck to our winning finalists. We can’t wait to see what they achieve next and how they shape tomorrow’s fashion landscape!

Announcing a major milestone for our FASHION LEAP FOR CLIMATE initiative! Today, we welcome industry leaders ASOS.com, Selfridges Group, Boozt and Cascale as new members and partners of our shared climate education platform for the fashion industry, joining forces with co-founders ABOUT YOU, YOOX NET-A-PORTER, Zalando, and our project partners Quantis. Together, we can’t wait to scale our reach and empower hundreds of brand partners on their climate action paths. Since launching in 2022, FASHION LEAP FOR CLIMATE has provided hands-on guidance for fashion brands in our networks to learn how to confidently measure and reduce their climate footprints, and set science-based emissions targets. We’re proud that 85% of participants are already reporting greater progress towards their target setting and improved knowledge, after taking part in our 8-week education programme. This announcement goes beyond just expansion, marking a strong step forward for cross-industry collaboration. Read more: https://lnkd.in/dSddF8FX

On December 4, NET-A-PORTER and Chief came together for another milestone in our year-long partnership, hosting an inspiring evening focused on “Defining Leadership Through Personal Style” with special guest speaker Alison Loehnis, President and Interim CEO of YOOX NET-A-PORTER. Alison brought her extensive experience and customer-first vision to the discussion, connecting with a highly influential audience of Chief members—executives from some of the world’s leading companies joined by Tamron Hall (two-time Emmy Award-winning host and bestselling author) and Kinjil Mathur (CMO, Squarespace), and moderated by Linda Wells (editor of Air Mail Look and the founding editor-in-chief of Allure magazine), the panel explored the powerful role of personal style in building confidence, presence, and leadership in today’s professional world. The event was not only a celebration of leadership and the impact of professional branding through fashion, but also a chance for attendees to browse NET-A-PORTER’s curated selection of workwear, off-duty essentials, and day-to-night pieces, all tailored to the needs of the modern executive woman. With personal shoppers offering expert advice, guests left inspired to elevate both their careers and their wardrobes. Our thanks to Chief for continuing to provide a platform for meaningful connection and collaboration. Together, we’re empowering women to lead with confidence, authenticity, and impeccable style.

As part of our ongoing commitment to celebrating the diversity of our team, YOOX NET-A-PORTER’s Ethic Equality Network (one of our dedicated employee resource groups) organised a unique calendar of celebrations for Black History Month in the UK. Last month, the team came together for a series of exciting activities which offered opportunities to recognise and celebrate black culture and community. We kicked off October with a networking event spotlighting black cuisines, with additional highlights throughout the month including a painting session to honour the artistic influence of black culture, and a drinks reception to bring employees together. We are proud at that YNAP employees commemorate their culture with colleagues and learn from each other’s backgrounds! #LifeAtYNAP #BlackHistoryMonth

A special moment this week saw our Modern Artisans and NET-A-PORTER team welcome Princess Beatrice to The King's Foundation’s Future Textiles exhibition in London, taking her behind the scenes of our unique partnership. Our artisans showcased their designs, and shared stories with Princess Beatrice from their transformative journey on the Modern Artisan talent programme – from being inspired by the natural world, to luxury design immersion at NET-A-PORTER, and specialist craftsmanship training and collection production at Dumfries House, The King’s Foundation’s headquarters in Scotland. A memorable highlight saw Her Royal Highness try her hand at Romanian smocking, an intricate technique used to embellish pieces within this year's NET-A-PORTER for The King’s Foundation collection. It’s a privilege to celebrate our #ModernArtisan partnership. Together, we have trained 26 emerging artisans, empowering them to step into the fashion industry with confidence, advanced skills, and a commitment to responsible design. Thank you to our partners and colleagues involved in this unforgettable event, including Jacqueline Farrell Sarah Jane Sleeba, Flavia Nistor Isabelle Pennington-Edmead Emma Rose Atherton Nicola Surgett

At YOOX NET-A-PORTER, we’re committed to celebrating diversity and fostering an inclusive workplace that honours the varied backgrounds and cultures of our teams. Last month, in the US, our Ethnic Equality Network (one of YNAP’s dedicated employee resource groups) were busy organising this year’s Hispanic Heritage Month celebrations, observed from 15th September to 15th October. The occasion provided a wonderful opportunity to recognise and celebrate the histories and cultures of Hispanic and Latin Americans. Our Mahwah and Clifton offices marked this moment with a vibrant array of activities, including Hispanic and Latin American history quizzes, dance lessons, mocktails, salsa tasting, and painting. Each event was unique, offering something for everyone to enjoy, learn and celebrate. Moments like these bring our teams together, giving our people a chance to share meaningful parts of their culture with their colleagues. Thank you to our ERG and all our teams who got involved in this year's activities! #LifeAtYNAP
