The Woolwich Ferry Linkspan Refurbishment Project. A £9.6m project, to refurbish the four linkspans at Woolwich and associated control systems and lifting equipment. The project was completed on time and too budget, with TFL as the Project Managers and AMCO as the Principle Contractor.

I was the TfL Programme Manager who appointed AMCO Engineering to deliver the project. The Project completed on time and budget, was a £9.6m refurbishment of the four Woolwich Ferry Loading bridges (Linkspans), and their associated hoisting and control systems. The project has enhanced the life of the Ferry and improved overall reliability and increased capacity.
