As part of this expansion, they’re hiring for both Quant Developers and Core Infrastructure Engineers to join their elite, technology-first environment.
The Role
You’ll be working on low- and ultra-low latency systems designed for high- and mid-frequency trading strategies. This is a hands-on engineering role that will involve designing, building, and fine-tuning performance-critical systems used for real-time execution across multiple crypto venues.
Your work will directly impact trading efficiency, scalability, and speed across the firm's global operations.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build ultra-efficient trading systems in Rust or C++
Connect to global exchanges and optimise data throughput and latency
Implement and maintain core infrastructure for order routing, market data, and execution
Continuously profile and optimise performance at the system and application level
Collaborate closely with traders, researchers, and other engineers in a high-trust, high-impact team
What They're Looking For
Deep experience with systems-level programming in Rust or C++
Background in low-latency trading systems (HFT or MFT) highly desirable
Strong understanding of exchange connectivity and financial protocols
Track record of building scalable, high-performance infrastructure
Interest in the crypto trading landscape (prior crypto experience not essential)
Location & Flexibility
This is a remote-first role based in Europe
Optional access to collaborative office space in London or Paris
Occasional in-person meetings preferred, but not mandatory
Compensation
Competitive base salary
Performance-based bonus with significant upside
Opportunity to work on cutting-edge tech in one of the fastest-moving sectors
If you’re a systems-minded engineer or quant developer looking for impact, scale, and a collaborative environment, this is a rare chance to join a well-backed team at the forefront of global crypto markets.
