Reliance Industries

Moreover, many are also waiting to know about the developments related to the Jio IPO.

Jio Financial Services

Jio Financial Services reported that its NBFC loan book grew to Rs 11,665 crore in Q1FY26 from Rs 217 crore a year ago. CEO Hitesh Sethia said cross-selling within Reliance’s ecosystem will drive further growth. Its JioBlackRock mutual fund venture has raised over Rs 17,800 crore in just two offerings.

NTPC

State-run power company NTPC announced a partial change in the transfer of its coal mining business to its subsidiary, NTPC Mining Limited (NML). Last fiscal, the coal business generated Rs 7,735 crore, about 4% of NTPC’s total revenue. Its net worth was Rs 3,150 crore, roughly 1.7% of NTPC’s total.

CG Power

CG Power and Industrial Solutions has launched its first semiconductor assembly and testing facility in Sanand, Gujarat, through its subsidiary CG Semi Private Limited. The facility makes CG Semi one of India’s first full-service OSAT providers.

Muthoot Finance

Gold loan NBFC Muthoot Finance has invested Rs 500 crore in its subsidiary, Muthoot Money Limited, by allotting 3.25 lakh equity shares.

Lemon Tree Hotels signed an agreement to open a new property in Mohkampur, Dehradun. The hotel will have 98 rooms, a restaurant, lounge, conference hall, swimming pool, and a fitness center.

Infosys and Mastercard have entered a partnership to integrate Mastercard Move with Infosys Finacle. The collaboration is aimed at streamlining cross-border payments, allowing transactions across 200 countries and 150 currencies to be processed more efficiently.
