Denzel Washington is over movies... at least when it comes to watching them.

The Oscar-winning actor admitted he isn’t interested in screening anything new these days during a GQ interview with director Spike Lee and A$AP Rocky, who he worked with on the upcoming crime thriller “Highest 2 Lowest.”

Washington seemed completely checked out as Lee and Rocky discussed some of their favorite film shots of all time, tapping on his phone as the other two geeked out about cinematography.

Asked if he was fond of any specific scenes in Lee’s flicks, the star of “Malcolm X” kept his eyes down on his device and said, “I don’t watch movies, man. I really don’t.”

Denzel Washington, here at the Los Angeles premiere of "Highest 2 Lowest" earlier this month, says he's "tired" of watching movies after starring in 50-plus features himself.

Rocky doubled over laughing as Washington tried to explain himself.

“I’m just being honest with you! I don’t watch movies!” he said. “I don’t go to the movies. I don’t watch movies. … I’m tired of movies. Yeah.”

When Lee wondered how many films the veteran actor had on his resume, he bluntly answered, “Too many. I think 50!”

Washington underestimated himself. His IMDB credits include 62 titles, if you count made-for-TV movies. He also had a 137-episode run on the 1980s medical drama “St. Elsewhere.” He’s also done voiceover work and a music video.

The “Training Day” star took a similarly blasé tone while talking about awards during an episode of the web series “Jake’s Takes” earlier this month.

“I don’t do it for Oscars,” he told entertainment reporter Jake Hamilton. “I don’t care about that kind of stuff. I’ve been at this a long time, and there’s times when I won and shouldn’t have won, and then didn’t win and should’ve won. Man gives the award. God gives the reward.”
