In our company, we focus on two main expected behaviors: improvement actions and improvement idea contributions. We define improvement actions as those improvements which have been made and already show results. Improvement idea contributions are those ideas which are contributed by staff but have not yet been implemented. Normally, management cares more about results rather than progress. However, we understand that without progress, there will be no results. That's why we have a rewards policy for those who contribute ideas to improve our work.

Do the bosses encourage them to aspire for the reward? What happens to those who win? A document/ banner can never answer these questions as a peer does.
