This way, the Talent Manager will know what’s going on, whether they are winning or losing, and can develop appropriate strategies to adjust timely.

These may include: their performance ratings, team engagement results, team's retention, teams performance, progress on development plans, 360 results, employee relations cases, teams promotion rate etc. Logically, if all have a positive indication, trend might indicate signs of a good leader.
