What are the best strategies for managing your workload with an ambiguous or changing project?

I would like to share that goals to be firstly understood and accepted. These goals to be broken down into a simple form and how well they aligned with the company strategy. The primary goals along with secondary objectives should have coincided with the current team mindset. Goals are first accepted in mind and then on papers.

With any project, I've found it's helpful to break it down into the smallest steps and clearly list it out. Once you've done that, you can start to identify the length of time it will take, who else needs to be involved, and plan from there. Embrace that things will change and not go according to plan (easier said than done), and adapt as needed. If you need to step away from your computer to take a breather if you get frustrated over a change (it happens), do that. You'll thank yourself later. Document everything. It’s not a natural thing to do or an easy thing to do and it’s definitely something you’ll need to practice. I’ve found though that having bookmarks on what was said and when it was said is extremely helpful when things start changing or going sideways. You have to know where you are to figure out how to get where you want to go.
