If you are an UX manager and must delegate user interface design tasks to front-end developers, please be also prepared to handle potential frustration. Some front end developers like developing and programming only (even if they have been trained in design, as this knowledge helps in the FE development) but they believe in segregation of duties and that only designers do design work and FE developers do only development. My sincere opinion is that we should be not so strict. Sometimes there is no budget for 2 resources and if we have to cope with one that could do both tasks for sometimes, it is really helpful. I recognize what I said will not get xxx likes but I think it is worthy the discussion.
