The workload is one of the most complicated topics to be tackled in an organizational team and the reason is, that it is extremely subjective depending on the standardization level we have. To minimize the complexity, I recommend these 3 things: 1. Standardize: All the fundamental and critical tasks for the team should be documented, and all the people involved should be trained or certified. 2. Trust & Open Communication: As much as every member feels comfortable speaking up and valued, as much better communication the team has, therefore more collaboration & support between team members. 3. Cadence & Governance strategy: Include a review of procedures as part of the product launching strategies or at least once a year.
